Rooted in Shingle Springs

Golden Oak Firewood is being built on our ranch in Shingle Springs, California, to supply dependable firewood with straightforward ordering and coordinated delivery. Our name comes from the Golden Oak mine that worked this ranch in 1859, a history that still sets the standard: honest work, useful fuel, and clear commitments.

Our Plan

We are developing the equipment and transport capacity needed to process up to 10–15 cords a day and carry multiple cords per trip. Our delivery planning centers on half-cord, full-cord, and multi-cord loads. Our goal is to serve nearby El Dorado County households while supporting larger delivery routes as far as San Francisco when order size and logistics allow.

Our Standard

We confirm wood type, quantity, access, delivery area, and timing before dispatch. As a growing independent business, we would rather set clear expectations than make promises we cannot keep.
